Travelers can pay VISITAX through the official Quintana Roo Government VISITAX portal. Travelers are asked to provide information including their country of origin, arrival and departure dates, name, age and passport number.
After payment, travelers should keep their VISITAX receipt or QR code. The official system also provides an option to recover a receipt using passport information.
